After working “The Plan” for a little bit now, I’ve made some slight modifications bc it is meant to support me and how I want to live my life. For example positive self talk has changed to daily gratitudes or faith affirmations/mantras because these practices are energy filling for me. Think of how that action step that’s hard, is draining you, to use Alexa’s verbiage, and what could you do to make it an energy fill for you.

I really like what you say about if you are fighting the plan everyday, that plan isnt working. This is how I feel what moving forward with several things in my life. The story of needing more grit and persistence come up but I think I know the difference between a lack of grit and just fighting the plan... My challenge right now is what to do instead of the plan. When you let go of an idea or a plan it leaves a hole and I don't have a list of things waiting to fill that hole. While I understand the most of the time the space created is healing and potential for the next iteration but I guess the space is uncomfortable when the rest of life around you is moving forward.
