The last 90 days are upon us. Some of us loathe them, and some of us live for them.
As a procrastinator, the last 90 days are my jam. Something about it feels like its own sort of deadline. It feels like a period separating this year and next year. I don’t want to waste these days, nor do I want you to.
Don’t wait for January 1st to roll around, but start now.
Can you imagine what you can accomplish by the end of the year?
With that said, I wanted to use this post as a check-in. How can I help you? What do you want to learn more about?

I am focused on learning about detox at the cellular level, particularly how to prepare for one and how sustain/maintain daily regular detox.
I am personally struggling with nervous system regulation and directing my energy towards thriving each day versus just hanging on by a thread. Truly, what I need to learn to do is SLOW DOWN.
1. Mind- Understand better how to accept the moments when I’m not physical hungry but my mind tells me it’s time to eat
2. No. 1 plus eating more then I think my body needs (=slow digestion)
