What if you were the expert?

I’m not saying you’ve mastered it all, but I truly believe you have more “secrets” to health than you realize. And honestly, lived experience is more important than knowledge because it’s this experience that makes someone an expert.

Don’t get me wrong, science has given us incredible frameworks, like how our bodies work or the so-called “hierarchy of health.” But what really matters is your experience with it.

Remember: Health is not just about what you do, but also about what your body does with what you do.

When I first started The Living Well, it was meant to be a collective. Somewhere along the way, I shifted slightly, and what I’d envisioned and hoped for didn’t quite pan out. A few weeks ago, you graciously accepted my apology.

Now, as I steer this ship back toward its original intent, one thing keeps coming to mind: you have valuable information the world could benefit from knowing.

What if you weren’t just a reader of content, but a part of it? Real-life stories are always the most practical and inspiring, and I’d love to know yours.

If you’re feeling a little nervous, like you’re being called on in class and your hand wasn’t even up, don’t worry. I’m not asking you to write a full post (at least not yet). I just want your thoughts, experiences, and wisdom.
