I want to start by saying how much I value you. I know I say it often, but it will never fully convey how deeply I care about you and this community.
Health is complicated and messy, and the online world can feel noisy and negative. I never want to add to that noise. My heart has always been to be a voice of encouragement — to help you break free from the clutter and live well.
But truthfully, I haven’t always done the best job of this. And for that, I want to say I’m sorry.
This year, I realized how far I had drifted from what I originally envisioned for The Living Well. I had felt it before, but I couldn’t quite name it. Through some deep personal work, it became clear: I had started leaning too heavily on education and information, and this space became something it was never meant to be.
This was always supposed to be a place of inspiration. To encourage you to live in wholeness through the full embodiment of your mind, body, and soul.
So, things are changing. For the better.
You’ll notice small shifts on the website soon, but the biggest changes will show up in how we connect with you. This has never been about me. It’s always been about us, inspiring each other to live well. While we will still provide education, we’ll also be adding real-life stories, fresh voices, and encouragement that goes beyond information.
One big change I want to share with you today:
From now on, all paid offerings will be included under The Weekly Fill membership.
That means everything, including past resources, new projects, and upcoming challenges (like The Fall Refresh).
The Living Well will continue to provide information, but The Weekly Fill will be where we take action together. With monthly challenges, batch cooking ideas, recipes, Q&As, and a supportive community, this will be a place to try things, learn what works, and build rhythms that actually support your life.
