What I'm prepping for the Hormone Reset
How to crush the hormone reset. PLUS 10 NEW fall-inspired recipes.
I'm pumping up for the Hormone Reset, and while you might still be going through the course or planning yourself, I've been here a few times and wanted to share a few pointers to help you out.
I also have eight new recipes inspired by fall that I'll cook up during the reset.
But first, did you have time to listen to the class videos? They're really helpful in understanding how your hormones work.
If you haven't, put on some headphones and head for a walk while you listen. I think you'll like them.

Of course, one of the most significant hurdles most people face is what to eat. I KNOW! Even when I'm not attempting to detox my body, figuring out what to eat can be tricky. But I've started to approach food differently, with less structure and more creativity.
Don't get so lost in perfecting and micromanaging that you neglect to enjoy the process of nourishing your body.
SIDE NOTE: Women don't work as well with structure and systems as men. It's outside your innate design. Men are better with order. Women are better with flexibility and creativity. It's partially why dieting and systems marketed to women sound appealing but rarely work long-term because they work against your design.
Next week, I'll share more about this in a special podcast I'm releasing just for you!
But to clear the air and reduce stress, the detox is not really about eating this or that, but rather about filling your body with nutrient-dense foods that can jump-start your metabolism and support your hormones while also opening up space for it to heal.
I promise, there are A LOT of foods that support your body. Focus on those things rather than the foods you should aim to avoid.
Remember, your focus changes your perspective.
As I mentioned, I'm putting a fall spin on my meal prep list. I'm substituting a few recipes while keeping a few from the original guide.
