I feel the need to clear the air.
It’s not uncommon to go through periods where you feel like your body is tired or your hormones are out of whack. That doesn’t mean you’re doomed or even that your hormones are trashed.
It happens, especially when you go through times of high stress, consuming too much sugar (it’s why January is traditionally the worst month for hormonal problems), or not getting enough sleep.
Again, it all goes back to the hormonal hierarchy.
