Jumping into this three day challenge from Iowa! I like to shake up my breakfast, but a parfait is always a winner! However, this morning it was breakfast tacos made from leftover fried potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs and cheese with sriracha on an almond flour tortilla!

I LOVE breakfast tacos! That's one great way to start the day!

So excited to join this challenge from rainy Washington State! I batch prep frozen burritos, for a quick but protein filled breakfast. I’ll heat one up at work with a side of fruit when it’s time for breakfast.

This sounds delicious! Do you freeze them together or individually? I've always wanted to do this as a good option for myself and my kids!

I freeze them individually wrapped in wax paper and plastic wrap. That way when I’m running out the door in the morning it is a quick grab and go!

Okay, good to know! I wondered if I would need to freeze them individually! So really, all you have to do is warm them up? I'm definitely going to be trying this!

Yup! Just throw it in the microwave until it’s warm!

Alexa, this is great timing for me. I plan to join the challenge also, from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It’s already full-on summer here, but since my goal is two walks a day, I walk in the mornings and the evenings. A favorite high protein, breakfast of mine is Diced apples, cooked gently with some water, honey, and warm spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger. I put that over some plain, fat-free Greek yogurt topped with toasted sliced almonds and roasted salted pepitas.

YUM! I LOVE stewed apples! Plus, this is considered a "warming" food, which is great for your spleen health! Thank you for the inspiration!

Also joining from Iowa! Love the four steps to focus on especially being outside! My breakfast is normally a smoothie and coffee so it will be great to mix it up and try new things. It’s always hard for me to come up with high protein breakfast ideas.

It's so easy to stay with the same things day in and day out. While there is nothing wrong with that, finding one or two additional options just adds a bit of flexibility and helps prevent you from burning out!

Getting back on track with this 3-day challenge, and also joining in from Iowa. My favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs combined with some ham and jalapeños, and you cannot forget a steaming cup of coffee with a splash of cream. The spiciness from the eggs really brings out the flavor in the coffee.

Getting started a little late as in tomorrow, also from IOWA. 🖤💛

I absolutely have my staples breakfast. Kefir based smoothie + sourdough toast + coffee is 😘

I love eggs but often do that for an easy lunch when I’m at home.

OHH! I love how you mix things up, eggs with lunch, and something different for breakfast! It's a great reminder that there really aren't any true "breakfast" foods or "lunch" foods.
