Jumping into this three day challenge from Iowa! I like to shake up my breakfast, but a parfait is always a winner! However, this morning it was breakfast tacos made from leftover fried potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs and cheese with sriracha on an almond flour tortilla!
So excited to join this challenge from rainy Washington State! I batch prep frozen burritos, for a quick but protein filled breakfast. Iāll heat one up at work with a side of fruit when itās time for breakfast.
