I love this description. I definitely connect with this concept, especially in the spring. There is often a suggestion of rest but I feel an unsettled sensation that loves change... I often have a hard time settling on the change needed or committing to the change... i guess that goes back to the mind's need for safety and stability.

It really does! The question becomes how can I create safety in change? But that might be best understood by recognizing when "change" became a threat. Of course, we could overthink all of this (or is that just me?) but the real transition happens by acknowledging at some point change was really scary but it doesn't have to be that way anymore.
