I overheard my husband murmur, “So many hormones.” As if it is a bad thing. It may have been my hormones speaking, but I had to remind him that males have the exact same hormones as females. Different ratios, of course, but he is just as hormonal as I am.
I honestly don't know the answer because I am chronically in survival mode and feel depleted of both safety and energy. I suppose intuitively my initial response is to focus on improving sleep but that begs the question of where do I start there?
