The Mid-Week Deep Breath You Need
The Weekly Fill: Small things that aren't so small + vent session!
Have you been joining me over in the chat as we discuss the first two challenges of 2025? If not, head on over and join in the discussion!
I’ve always found the end of January to be one of the most overwhelming months. Maybe it’s because the days are short, the cold is relentless, and honestly—WHERE IS THE SUN?! But I also think it’s the let-down of unmet expectations.
You had high hopes and resolutions you were ready to implement, and for one reason or another, life didn’t go your way.
Combine that with the overwhelming weight-loss chatter (and yes, I’ve contributed to that, too), and I know it’s easy to feel triggered and defeated.
Instead of carrying that feeling into February, let’s shift the story.

As I mentioned before, my goal for this year isn’t to help you overhaul your life — it’s to help you develop five new habits.
Who knows, with consistency, what that will do for you!
This week, let’s take a breath — a real deep breath.
If you need to vent, I’ll be in the chat, creating space to discuss the things that went wrong and clearing them from our system.
For now, though, I want you to reflect on one thing that went well this month — no matter how small it might seem.
I’ve compiled a list of little things from the month that aren’t so little. These are some things that seemed insignificant but actually helped me this month:
What small thing did you find this month that wasn’t so small? Leave a comment in the chat, and let’s encourage and be encouraged by one another.
Take a deep breath — you’re doing better than you realize. Shift the story, celebrate the good, and focus on being a creator, not just a consumer. End the month on a high note, and let that be the fuel to start a new one!
