This list is exactly what brought me to a better me spiritually, physically and mentally. ♥️🙏 changing to warm drinks is taking a bit but did my smoothie and warmed it a up a bit...that was much different but not bad and seemed to fill me up quickly.

A bit of my list is

*Connect w/ God instead of inner committee

*Reduce multitasking, finish one thing at a time

*& I love the next one so I stole it from your list...eat nourishing food not to be good but to feel alive

And, thanks for adding some "soul food" to the blog by tying scripture in with it❤️
