I find myself overthinking what I put in my body, as there are contradictory “rules” about everything!! Organic, gluten free, more protein, less sugar, no alcohol, etc etc. Sometimes I feel like I can’t eat anything without breaking some “rule.”
YES! Let's address this. I think this is a great question. How do you know what to believe? (You've inspired me to work on a podcast about this).
If we allow it, the health industry will continue to confuse us. We have to start approaching it differently. Not from a framework of "what is the best approach," but "what is the best approach for me?" Because it might not be attainable or even healthy for you to pick one category (nor do I think we need to), but rather finding a system of health that is right for you.
For sure, that can be scary to start with, but it is going to be so freeing once you figure our your "way" to do health. I promise I'm diving in more on this in the coming weeks! Thanks for leaving this note!
