Healing, weight loss, and nervous system regulation can all seem overwhelming. Especially if you need to work on all three. But they are actually all interconnected by the same system, the one system that controls your entire life.

When you understand that system and learn to use it, you can use it to achieve the results you want.

That system is energy (ahem, yes, metabolism). This same energy connects your entire system, including your mind, body, and soul, proving they’re all working together to heal, change, and nourish your cells.

In the Revive and Thrive workshop, I’ll teach you how to measure energy physically inside your body using a simple technique to tell if you’re working with strong or weak energy. And how to use energy to change your structure (how you look) and we’ll especially cover the truth behind how you lose weight and how to create safety in your body to actually keep it off.

• How to live it out in your everyday life
