Welcome to the start of the Fall Refresh — a place to build capacity, calibrate your rhythms, and truly embrace the season ahead.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: how you nourish your body during the fall determines how you winter.
If you want to winter-well — boosting your metabolism, energy, and capacity — you’ll need the tools inside this refresh.
But first, I want to clarify that this is a framework, not a step-by-step plan. Because the truth is, you don’t need another how-to plan. You’ve spent plenty of your life trying to uncover how to eat, how to move, how to rest, and how to live, but it’s only pulled you out of tune with what it is you really need.
When you spend your life following someone else’s how, you lose touch with your own way.
This fall, I want to invite you into something different.
A season of experimentation, not perfection.
A season of building capacity, not burning out.
A season of creating your own rhythms, rooted in what actually energizes you.
This is your season to create your own way.
The Fall Refresh has five main points of action, or what I call fall tools, that work to nourish your body, resourcing it for the season ahead. Each of these tips can be implemented into your life and experimented with to help you create health.

As we kick off the Fall Refresh, remember, this isn’t about overhauling your life. It’s about noticing what you need and experimenting with seasonal actions that support your body.
There are no right rules. No pressure. In fact, it should be the exact opposite. It’s just you learning how to create your way.
