Women Weren't Designed For Systems
Your approach to health might be the reason you can't get healthy.
Last week, I posted:
Women don't work as well with structure and systems as men. It's outside your innate design. Men are better with order. Women are better with flexibility and creativity. It's partially why dieting and systems marketed to women sound appealing but rarely work long-term because they work against your design.
I had a few messages in response and decided it was a topic that needed to be addressed (a bigger podcast is coming soon).
Sometimes, the reason (fill in the blank) isn’t working is because you're approaching it wrong.
How you approach health changes how your body responds, and how your body responds changes the outcome.
Now, I need to preface this by saying I want you to come to this topic with an open perspective. It's certainly different than the norm.
But also, can we acknowledge that the norm isn't working? It's going to require something different to create something different. Change requires you to make a change.
That change will involve understanding the role of masculine and feminine energy.
We were all born with an innate desire and design. Much of that design lies inside our feminine and masculine energies. While we all contain both masculine and feminine, the ratios or places of balance differ between men and women. Women thrive when living out of a higher feminine state. Men are the opposite.
It's not to say there isn't a time and a place when we will use both. We will. But too often, we are led to live outside our natural design, forcing us out of balance and living a life we don't like (arguably one we hate).
When you find yourself here, instead of doing what you really want, you live out of comfort.
You live surviving rather than thriving (and most often engage in behavior you know you shouldn't). It's the place of cravings, indulgences, and even neglect—although you might not call it that.
But living out your design - out of your intended state - literally changes your energy level. The real kicker is that it doesn't necessarily change what you do because your energy comes from your approach.
Women need to stop living for systems.
As I said, women don't tend to thrive in an approach to health based on perfecting systems. That's more of a masculine trait. Women work better with flexibility and creativity. Women work better by understanding health, not based on a system but an art.
They work best, striving from a place of excellence rather than perfection.
Do you struggle so much with your health because of your failure to understand how to work with your innate design to create health?
Instead, you live fighting it.
One thing I know for sure: HEALTH SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT.
When you fight health, you work against your hormones and health rather than for it. That means that even if you're doing all the right things with the wrong approach, you won't see the results you'd like.
I recorded a video that helps you understand a better approach to the hormone reset and really health (outside of attempting to follow the system perfectly). I promise it brings so much more enjoyment to living healthy. Dare I say you even desire the work involved?
Check out the video and the five approaches to health that WILL NOT WORK FOR WOMEN.
