While it’s technically so much more than your average step challenge, let’s not beat around the bush — you’re going to be moving.
Truthfully, walking or running (however you want to rack up those steps) is one of the best health tools at your disposal.
It’s a cornerstone habit that can impact your hunger, cravings, emotional regulation, and even your mental clarity. Plus, it’s been studied extensively and has zero negative side effects.
Of course, you may have some physical limitations, or maybe your couch is just really comfortable. That’s okay! This club isn’t about hitting a specific number of steps; it’s about challenging yourself to grow. Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or just staying consistent, we’ve created the step tracker to reward you for both.
The step tracker was designed (thanks to my tech wizard husband, Payton) to track your progress and see how your steps add up in real time. For the competitive types, there’s a leaderboard to strut your stuff.
