🎉 👟 5-Day Walking Reset WINNER! 👟🎉

Congratulations to Kathryn H! You won the $50 gift card for submitting your steps every day for the 5-Day Walking Reset! We’re proud of you! Watch your inbox as we’ll be sending you the gift card this week!

I’ve been coming in with some tough love the last few weeks. It’s tough because it’s not always what we want to hear, but it’s love, because I truly want the best for you.

Often, our best self comes from walking through hard places.

I don’t want to bring the mood down from the 5-day walking reset we just completed (it was totally worth it, right?), but I also want to get serious about how we make health a lasting habit. The last thing I want is for you to leave this club and fall right back into the all-too-familiar health spiral.

I want you to walk away with confidence. Not just in your knowledge, but in the tools you have developed that can prevent you from getting sucked into a trap of following someone else’s “how.”

Remember, a “how-to” plan isn’t going to help you. It’s only going to set you up for failure.

What health looks like and has worked for someone else isn’t the exact way it will for you. And thank heavens it isn’t going to be like anyone else. Seriously, you can drop the pressure of trying to replicate someone else’s journey.

At the same time, you may be wondering:

  • How do I make it last?

  • How do I know when to change and when to stay the course?

  • How do I not quit?

These are real questions. Today, we’re diving into them because I don’t want these practices we’ve started to dissolve after the club is over. I want them to be just the beginning of something even greater. BUT, getting there requires two words… radical responsibility.

And radical responsibility begins and ends with radical honesty.

Radical responsibility begins and ends with radical honesty.

Common lies that are keeping you stuck:
