There are a lot of things I’ve struggled with in health, but perhaps the most influential has been my emotions. For the longest time, I didn’t see the connection. Emotions and health felt like two completely separate boxes.

But when I got sick and had to learn how to truly heal, I quickly realized: emotions weren’t just part of the journey—they were at the center of it. Learning to deal with what I feel was one of the hardest (and most important) things I’ve ever done.

That’s why I share this with you now—because it doesn’t have to be so difficult. And it certainly doesn’t have to be as difficult as we tend to make it.

You have to learn how to use your emotions to serve you rather than control you. That starts by learning to use them to fill your body battery.

Using Emotions To Charge Your Body Battery:

Emotions are a major part of your human charge. They can fuel or drain your energy. They shape your behaviors, influence your choices, and often sit at the root of things like addiction or co-dependent patterns. But they are not just here to harm you, they can also become one of your greatest tools to change.

The key is learning how to leverage your emotions, not fight them or live controlled by them.

In today’s lesson, we’re diving into the energy of emotions. I’ll show you how you can use your emotional experience to boost your body battery (and avoid the emotional drain that so many of us feel daily).
