I'm pumped to bring you this challenge. While there are a million and one different challenges, I wanted to focus on how you can add to your life, not restrict.
I want to help you create health and use it to get out and live, to push your body, and to enjoy the backyard BBQ simultaneously - no guilt and shame.
The health space has made you feel like the two can't go together, but they must. It's the only way that it will work.
When you like something, you stick with it, and when you stick with it, you see results.
On June 1st, we officially kick off the challenge together.

Set aside 20-30 minutes this weekend to work through the guide. Create space to be intentional, become aware of your body, and set a framework for adding to your life what your body, mind, and soul need.
I give you a framework, but the challenge is personal.
Next week, I'll share a rundown of each of the six categories inside the challenge, including how to determine how much protein you should eat.
But I wanted you to dive into the guide before I laid that out and have the opportunity to ask questions!
