The Grand Finale is About to Kick Off!
I’ve been looking forward to this last challenge since we first dreamed up The Walking Club back in April. And honestly, the timing couldn’t be better.
I know it might not seem like it when back-to-school season has you feeling stretched thin, but this is exactly the point. When life gets busy and overwhelming, and you normally want to stop and slip back into old patterns, that’s when the real growth happens.
And the best way to move through these seasons? In the company of good people (even if you never physically see them).
A little encouragement throughout the week can be just the reminder you need to keep moving.
Remember, you get to choose how you use movement. It can be a way to relax, recharge, and re-center yourself through the chaos. Or, if you let it, it can feel like just another thing on your to-do list.
This week, let’s choose the first option, to use movement to help you live your best, not as a chore.
With that said, I did want to post a few updates and details about the grand finale.
UPDATES to the Triabl Challenge:
We heard from some of you that you wanted to participate but didn’t quite have enough time to pull in a partner. Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered!
Here’s the updated plan:
You’ll still complete the challenge over five days, working toward the collective goal of 100,000 steps.
BUT, you now have seven days to get those five days in.
That means any five days this week count. Just track and enter your steps!
To qualify for the giveaway, all steps must be entered by Sunday, August 31st!
Reminders:
Team up with a friend, spouse, co-worker, or family member (they don’t need to be in the Walking Club!).
Hit a collective 100,000-step goal in 5 days.
That breaks down to 10,000 steps per person per day for five days.
Prizes:
Each participant in the top team will win:
Your choice of a weighted vest or walking pouch.
A 90-Day Nourished Planner (to finish the year strong).
Free entry to our next challenge starting mid-September.
