There’s no doubt about it, the world has an energy problem.

Honestly, it comes out in more than just sluggishness and daily overwhelm. But the body's energy is dictating nearly every response, including your neurotransmitters, hormones, and even immune cells. Which means your energy isn’t just changing how you feel physically. It’s changing how your body works as a whole!

What I love about energy is that you can create an immediate response. Everything you do, consume, or surround yourself with influences your energy levels. Even your thoughts and emotions have the power to change how you feel.

You know this if you’ve ever had a rough day. Even if it’s just emotional exhaustion, it can make you feel physically tired. In fact, sometimes these mental drains seem more physically taxing than a really hard physical workout. And often it is.

On the flip side, it’s why going on vacation can be so filling. It’s not just because you’ve eliminated the “stress” of life, although that’s part of it. It’s also because vacation tends to be nothing but energy-fills. Whether that’s extra sleep, more sunlight, or laughter, these all impact your body positively.

While I give you full permission to take a vacation… truthfully, that might be just the supercharge you might need.

You also don’t have to. And this is the beauty of learning something as powerful as the ability to influence your energy level. You can (and should) shift your energy at any place and any time, depending on what you need.

Here’s a little secret for you. Health is not as dependent on the enviornment as everyone thinks it is.

Putting all of your eggs in this basket leads to a life of outsourcing your health. You desperately search for anything that will “work.”

It’s similar to the trendy conversations surrounding the nervous system, the term “dysregulation.” Dysregulation is a new fear that arguably only adds to your dysregulation.

But what if I told you, dysregulation is not the problem?

The problem is staying stuck in the dysregulation. Not knowing how to re-regulate.

That’s exactly where the energy fix comes in. It helps you learn how to create regulation even amongst dysregulation. Helping you rebalance when life pulls you out of balance.

The beauty is, over time, it helps you stay there - in the regulation, the balance, the neutrality - not because you “arrive” but because you have the capacity to handle nearly everything life throws your way!

Inside this mini-masterclass, I’m going to show you how to shift from “fixing your body” to “fixing your energy.”

You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how quickly that changes what ou thought was broken (but what was really just undersupported).

How this masterclass works:

Over the next few days, dive into the two lessons of the class. Once you have a handle on how energy works and moves in your body and throughout life, you can take the “blueprint” we created and make it personal to you.

We have a guide that will help you through this process.

Once you have your plan, it’s time to take action and start the experience. Over two to three weeks, we want you to be diligent about supporting your body and building capacity (NOT controlling your environment).

Don’t worry, none of this requires you to give up your coffee! Maybe your energy drinks… which are artificial energy anyway.

This is not about eliminating but filling, restoring, rebuilding, and reclaiming your health!
