The Summer Walking Club Starts This Sunday! Have you joined?

One of the features I’m most excited about (besides seeing you experience health, of course) is the community.

I feel compelled to highlight this because, truth be told, I used to overlook the perks of being part of a community.

I’m not someone who naturally dives into Facebook groups or leaves many comments—it’s just not my thing. For years, I struggled to build a community that truly felt like something I wanted to participate in.

Up until now, nothing has felt like the type of community I’m looking for.

But earlier this year, I participated in a class that introduced me to a new kind of community—one where conversations could be both verbal and written. It’s hard to explain, but since that class ended, I’ve felt a void. I miss the camaraderie, the questions, the insights, and the connections.

This summer, that changes as I’ve used that class to inspire something similar for us—a community dedicated to living healthier, fuller lives.

This summer, we’re not just forming a group; we’re building a space where we:

  • Ask questions

  • Celebrate wins

  • Overcome hurdles

  • Encourage one another

  • Share favorite recipes

  • Seek help

  • And yes, ask even more questions

We’re cutting through the noise to create something meaningful—a supportive environment to sort through the clutter, experiment, and build health in a way that works for you.

Here’s a look at what’s already happening inside the community:

What to Expect This Summer

Each week of the 12-week Walking Club, you’ll receive:

  • A short, actionable lesson every Sunday to help guide you toward building your health framework.

  • Exclusive prompts and conversations in the community to help you reflect, explore, and experiment to create the experience of health.

A Sneak Peek at This Summer’s Topics

Here’s what we’ll uncover together:

  • Stop outsourcing your health and create your own "way."

  • Reframe your beliefs about food and the way you eat.

  • Uplevel your energy by identifying energy fills and drains.

  • Understand good stress vs. bad stress and how to build resiliency.

  • How to leverage connection, sex, and play to change your health.

  • Navigate the metabolic swampland and avoid pitfalls.

  • How to recharge when you’re feeling depleted.

  • The ability to alter and influence energy in your body.

  • Build metabolic flexibility and emotional stability.

This isn’t about drowning you in information. I believe you already have what you need. This summer is about taking action, paying attention to how your body responds, and making adjustments based on that.

The Summer Walking Club is Your First Step to a Healthier, Happier You

Imagine a summer where you’re not just learning but actually living your healthiest life. Picture yourself surrounded by a supportive community cheering you on, discovering new ways to feel energized, and celebrating every step you take—literally and figuratively.

This is your moment to stop waiting and start creating the health and vitality you’ve been searching for.
