The last seasonal change in the Fall Refresh I want to touch on is movement.

I know movement may feel like it’s always the same, but it’s really not.

What is always the same is the need for daily movement. But beyond that, as the seasons shift, so should your movement patterns to better support the hormonal and energetic changes happening within you.

If you’re thinking, not another change, let me help you reframe it.

The movement reframe you need:

Think of the change as a change of pace, something to keep the momentum alive. When it comes to movement, this is often the secret to both sticking with it and seeing results: keeping it fresh by mixing it up.

Before we talk about how to adjust your movement routine this fall and winter, I want to back up. Because honestly, I don’t think most people are moving enough to even need a routine to “mix up.”

Truth bomb: Movement is essential. And it might not be for the reasons you think.

A different perspective on movement:

I’m not trying to complicate what is simple. But I do want to change the lens through which you view it. Because sometimes all it takes is a small shift in perspective to find your motivation again.

That first shift: Make it easier.
