For my own moral conscience, I have to preface this and say there is no perfect way to eat. No “right” diet exists.

I don’t believe there ever has been or will be the perfect diet because our body doesn’t work that way.

Yet, at the same time, I think that statement also clearly states the right way to eat.

The right way to eat is the way your body needs.

Or perhaps better said, the only way to eat is to support your body through enhancing and protecting energy. At the foundation of health, it’s always about energy.

  • Not weight loss.

  • Not calories.

  • Not macronutrients.

  • Not micromanaging.

  • Not obsessing.

  • Not guilt-ridden or shame-induced.

It is just eating for the sake of energy.

This way of health is called bioenergetic nutrition, which understands health based on energy flow.

Inside the latest class for subscribers, we broke down bioenergetic nutrition, including how to eat, what to eat, when to eat, and what this looks like moving forward.

It’s a different approach to food that puts it back in its rightful place (spoiler, you’re really giving it way too much control and power in your life).

In this post, I share the ins and outs of bioenergetic nutrition, including the replay to the live class and a full pdf guide of pro-metabolic eating, including 36 foundational recipes your entire family will love.
